Design
Irrespective of the scope of your project, our team can develop an all-inclusive plan that takes into account even the minutest details. Our 2D & 3D design service enables us to simulate and visualize your project, providing elevations and specifications that enable you to view how everything will appear in advance. Whether it's your pool, garden, outdoor room, or garden feature, you'll have a clear picture of every aspect of your project before we even get started
Quoting & Permits
Upon submitting your initial inquiry, our team will schedule a site consultation with one of our Construction Managers. If you require a 2D or 3D design, or if your project necessitates permits, our design team will prepare comprehensive drawings of the primary structural elements to highlight engineering and permit prerequisites for the build. This is a prerequisite before finalizing the project's construction quote. Once the detailed quote is approved, a Building Works Contract will document the project's construction. If permits are required, they will be obtained before commencing with the construction.
